Because my colleague is overworked (we all are, but she's less experienced), I wrote one of her reports for her.

I gave my boss a Workplace Jargon bingo card to take to the management meeting. It's not quite "extra awesome" but it got a laugh.

I managed it! The kids and I had ice cream before, or possibly as, dinner. It was less going out of my way and more survival mode, but still, ice cream for dinner doesn't happen every day. Happy birthday!

A stranger in the grocery store parking lot did something small but distinctly awesome. I had cart full of cases of soda, carefully arranged so it wouldn't roll away. This arrangement included the cart not touching any car but it did block the car next to me. I told the person to let me know when she was ready to leave I could I move the cart.

Instead, she came over and helped me unload the cart.
