I admit to being a bit curious what "safe, sane and non-consensual" would look like. (Not that curious, though.)

Pretty soon (if not already) you're going to get examples of them doing this, as when one kid really wants to hug the other (safe, sane) but the other isn't in the mood for it (non-consensual).

My kids do this sort of thing all the time.
