These days...MOJITOS! (http://www.tasteofcuba.com/mojito.html) Light rum, sugar, mint, lime juice, and some club soda....very dangerous :)

I have been digging the mojitos a lot the past couple of years... but it is frustrating how few bar-type-establishments are stocked with fresh mint leaves in crushable quantities (yet).

They seem to be on the trendiness upswing though, I stumbled upon a restaurant while visiting Halifax a few weeks ago that, instead of a "martini menu" or generic mixed drinks menu, actually had a specific Mojito Menu (link)
