I'm assuming you mean "negatively judge," not "evaluate on the basis of" -- the latter list would be much longer. :)
...incorrect grammar or (more often) spelling. ...treating restaurant servers etc. poorly. ...being significantly (more than, say, 15m) late to an appointment with me and not contacting me, unless they're stuck in the T or something. ...treating women according to untrue stereotypes.
That last one is tricky. If someone with significant upper body strength offers to help me lift something requiring strong arms, I'm not gonna get offended. If they offer because I'm female and thus shouldn't lift things, well.
giving flip answers to otherwise thought-provoking questions.
grammar, spelling, logical fallacies, shallow answers to interesting questions, judgement by easy stereotypes, lack of compassion. (not sure any of these are appropriate, but i do sometimes.)
* behaving inconsiderately to people around them * expressed disinterest in personal development * being young * eating at crappy restaurants * driving cars I think are bad (ugly, wasteful, unsafe, etc) * failure to listen
how they treat other people, especially children how aware/analytical they are of privilege how much they are guided by fear
and, the ones i think make me look less good... how they speak, write and comprehend how they carry themselves how they dress how they eat how skilled they are
a giant list of things that all basically fall into the category of 'not being aware of one's surroundings, in particular when that inconveniences other people' (ie. parallel parking in a way that takes up two parking spaces, stopping one's car to drop someone off in such a way that no one can get around you, or crossing the street without paying attention to the cars).
I also judge people for things like not sweating when they go to the gym because they're not working out hard enough to break a sweat, but I try to keep that sort of thing under control, whereas I feel totally justified for the former category of judgment.
Failure to live up to one's responsibilities, especially with regard to children. (I appear to have developed a particular peeve on this one about fathers, for some odd reason.)
But seriously ... I try not to, and not only because I don't like being judged by others.
I am bothered by people, and have been known to step in, when they mistreat others, especially children, and less often, themselves ... and things, too, especially but not only when the things are not "their own" (I have odd and conflicting feelings about "property" and rights thereto)...
I do judge people for willful refusal to learn and/or grow. Which is not the same as failure to do either. And I am slow to reach conclusions -- I really do try to give people every benefit of the doubt.
