I'm assuming you mean "negatively judge," not "evaluate on the basis of" -- the latter list would be much longer. :)

...incorrect grammar or (more often) spelling.
...treating restaurant servers etc. poorly.
...being significantly (more than, say, 15m) late to an appointment with me and not contacting me, unless they're stuck in the T or something.
...treating women according to untrue stereotypes.

That last one is tricky. If someone with significant upper body strength offers to help me lift something requiring strong arms, I'm not gonna get offended. If they offer because I'm female and thus shouldn't lift things, well.

See, that's the list of things I judge people negatively for and feel somewhat justified about it. In fact, I'll add to those that I also judge people negatively for doing things like:
- talking more loudly to a non-English-speaker who doesn't understand what they're saying
- cruel behavior toward animals or people

Things I feel less justified to judge on, but still find myself judging others about:
- taking the elevator one or two floors up or down, rather than the stairs (particularly when stairs are obviously nearby)
- taking the bus one or two stops, rather than walking
- saying "I just don't want to learn how to use that technology" or something along those lines, when the technology seems like an obvious solution to their problem
- behaving incautiously wrt potential exposure to STIs (I have totally done this in my past, so it seems like I have no right to judge people for it now, just because I have changed my behavior.)
- breaking the spine on books when reading them
- deciding not to evaluate likely side-effects that seem obvious to me when making a decision (This last is possibly hard to quantify, but there have definitely been times recently when I've said to myself, "You know, B follows A, here, and you totally could add that factor into your evaluation when deciding whether you want to do this thing, and if so, whether you want to do it now ...")

I'm not sure that judging people on poor grammar and spelling feels justified to me, per se. As another commenter mentioned, though, I tend to judge the people who proclaim to not care.

I've also been known to judge negatively people whose words are incongruous with their actions, people who slurp or make loud smacking sounds when eating, and people who stand in the way of passengers walking out of a train/bus. Justification be damned. :) (But it's good to be aware that I judge these things.)

Fair. I'm not expecting people to expound upon the Oxford comma, but neither do I jump for joy when college-educated folks refuse to use spell check. I guess this belongs more in the less-justified judging list.

*lol* whereas i, non-prescriptivist linguist-at-large, LOVE LOVE LOVE "poor" grammar and spelling -- it's pure data on the state of the idiolect, and grist for many of my mental mills.

doesn't hurt that one of the smartest people i know (the clockwork elf) made an early impression by being non-fluent with the written "two/too/to" homophones when he was in college :)

heh, and now i'm thinking you probably do *not* much judge me by my improper caps ;)
