My fingers smell faintly of the sauce I made for the delicious cashew-encrusted fish fennel made last night. So, every time I brush my hair back, I get a whiff of lemon, butter, dill and shallots.

This doesn't suck at all.

Here's why today rocks, so far:

* I slept well and had a productive morning
* FRANCIS HEANEY
* Great lunch with ghislaine (Okay, the lunch was just ok, but the company was fantastic
* The bus driver failed to stop for me in Inman Sq, which would normally make me cranky (and still does, on principle), but then desiringsubject pulled up in her car and said, "Hey, baby, you goin' my way?" and I was, so, yay!
* It's almost Friday!
