Dear Person-I-Don't-Know,

If you have a yeast infection, I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but you're probably going to have to touch your vagina in the process of trying to deal with it. I'm even sorrier to hear that grosses you out, but, honestly, don't shoot down perfectly good treatments just because it involves (gasp) inserting something.
