victor borge!

Though I never got to see him perform live, there's a warm spot in my heart for Victor Borge, he of the spoken punctuation and musical comedy and whose occasional appearances on Sesame Street, where he would punctuate the reading of a story, never failed to delight me. A recent conversation reminded me that some of his performances might be on YouTube. Ahh, YouTube; how did we live without you?

* read several GAO reports
* presented on one of them in class
* made maple marshmallows
* finally got around to installing the Palm software on my PC and charging the Palm trom gave me 18 months ago
* now have all the MBTA bus schedules in a form that will fit in my backpack, if/when I remember to carry it with me
* bundled 2 big bags of clothing and 2 boxes of books for Big Brothers/Big Sisters to take away tomorrow
* laundry
* got rid of a bunch of crap I no longer need
