People who say exercise reduces or alleviates menstrual cramps are full of pucky. Bull pucky.

I don't really make sense.

I don't think twice about buying a $2 cup of coffee many days, but I'll sprain my thumbs (both of them!) attempting to squeeze the last half-penny's worth of toothpaste out of the tube.

This is dumb.
