Exotic fruits

Verdict(s):

Dragonfruit: surprisingly pleasing for such a mild flavor. Delightful firm and juicy texture. Excellent between spicy courses as a refreshing palate cleanser.

Pomelo: aka "armored grapefruit". Was notable work to get into it, and spike had to clear the table of sharp and breakable object to ensure our safety while I was working my way into this baby. Once we got to it, it was like an extra sweet grapefruit and very tasty!

Korean melon: like a crunchy, slightly milder cataloupe. Not quite as good, but otoh, hey! Personal pan melon!

Cactus fruit: Errrrrr. No. Pretty pink color, and okay flavor (to my taste) but terrible big obstructive seeds. I see why most people end up making jelly out of this one.
