The sangria at Good Life in Boston is barely worth talking about. Think fruit punch. Cheap fruit punch. Then water it down. D- (It was drinkable, so it doesn't get an F.)
I had high hopes for Gargoyles' sangria, because, as a rule, I adore their drinks. It was the best I've had as part of the SP so far, but still didn't blow me away. Again, this was a sangria served without fruit in it, but it was very nicely balanced between fruity, tart, sweet, and with a pleasant depth of flavor, and slight effervescence. It was not as deep and complex as the best sangrias, though. B+
