I sort of want to do the johari window meme, because, hey, I love having people talk about me, but the site keeps being overloaded. So, if you'd like to tell me a few words about how you see me, I'm curious what they might be.

Also, because I've been overloaded, too, I haven't responded to most people's windows -- if you put one up and particularly want to have me respond, point me to it in comments.
