aroraborealisEveryone talks about how important it is to finish a prescription of antibiotics completely, so as to avoid creating these superbugs, etc. I buy this, and I try to avoid antibacterial dish soaps and such, for the same reason.
Tonight, at 3AM, I'm due to take my last pill of penicillin, after 10 days of 4 pills each day. The contrarian inside me is saying, "One measly pill? That can't do anything. Toss it!" and the rule-follower is saying, "You should finish your script, it's just one pill, you know what the right thing to do is."
I wonder who'll win.
