Mayonnaise doesn't go with peanut butter, ketchup brings out the salty savoury taste in it though.

I like ketchup on my grilled cheese, except probably not on a fancy sandwich. I bet I wouldn't use it as a condiment at American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, for example.
