Zombies vs pirates

So, the woman who had been planning events here told me that she heard some grumbling last year that Talk Like a Pirate Day was kind of getting old. At first, I thought maybe we should skip it this year ...

But then I had the idea of adding zombies! So I'm going to try to organize a game of zombies vs. pirates to mix things up a bit. Have you ever participated in a game of zombie tag or humans v zombies? What rules did you use? How did it go? Any additional advice?

I don't have advice, exactly -- it's just that I feel obligated to note that if you had a zombies vs pirates day, and I worked for you, I'd probably show up as a plant, for Plants vs Zombies vs pirates.

Maybe advice: zombie/pirate barrrrrr crawl?
